No, there is no cut off date for sign ups, other than the draft due date.

But, since we're trying to foster a sense of community, if you want to participate in any support activities, it may help to sign up sooner rather than later.

We'd much rather have you sign up and then drop out if you need to, rather than sign up two days before drafts are due.

But it's not a requirement :)
