BBB 2013 Wave One Submission Guidelines
Attention everyone, your fic(s), mix(es), and art(s) are all due in three days! IE, as long as it is Monday, June 17 in Alofi, you are good to go.
As of right now, we will assume any artist/mixer that hasn't responded to the check-in email is a drop out. If you didn't receive a check-in e-mail, please look at your spam folder or let us know by e-mail that you're still participating! (Authors: we assume that if you turned in a rough draft, you will turn in a final draft. Please email us if this is not true for you!)
Authors, remember that the posting period has changed to June 21-27. If you have any days you can not post, let us know when you turn in your fic!
Behind the cut you will find your submission guidelines for fic, mixes, and/or art.
- Fics should be attached as a .doc, .rtf, .html, or similar file. Do not copy and paste your story into the body of the e-mail.
- Fics must be at least 20,000 words with no scene placeholders or outlining. This draft should be very similar to what you intend to post to the community.
- Send an e-mail in the following format to bandombigbang@gmail.com.*
Subject: BBB 2012 Wave One Final Draft #xx
Body:
- Mixes should be zipped into one archive file and uploaded. We need you to e-mail us your LJ username, the summary that you claimed, the URL to the mix file, and the tracklisting.
- Art should be attached to the e-mail. At minimum, we need you to e-mail us your LJ username and the summary that you claimed. Please be considerate and warn for things like blood, sexual content, etc.
- After we have received everyone's materials and/or arranged pinch hits, we will start sending out posting date e-mails, which will have more details about posting.
*Please use the same e-mail you signed up with unless you have notified us otherwise!
